IMMANUEL HOUSE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM

Established in 2017, Immanuel House Transitional Housing Program (THP–LTORR) is a full-service structured 6-month re-entry program for the lifer and long-term parolee population. The program facility has a 15 participants participant with 24-hour staffing in our halfway house offering. Our services provided one-on-one case management, external resource linkage, family reintegration support, peer-led support groups, social security help, ID and driver’s license services, appointment help, vocational training services, and job development and referrals.

Per our Mission and Philosophy, we are interested in the whole individual, and not just avoiding the recidivism definition. We provide a complete curriculum to all participants with classes held at our on-site classroom. Our program provides three meals served daily and internet access. A parole officer can make referrals for all eligible individuals or institute transitional case manager directly to our program.
