Principal Peyrefitte’s Welcome Message

Together we can find a cure—together, we can make a difference. That is a core part of Immanuel House’s Mission and Philosophy.

Education is the act or process of imparting or gaining knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and preparing oneself or others intellectually for a mature life!

It is said that the level of culture in a country depends on the education of its people.

A teacher says, “Yes” to the unmotivated student. He says, “Yes” to the student no one wants or cares about. He says, “Yes” to the underachieving individual, and he also says, “Yes” to the student who believes that their time has come and gone.

Together we can find a cure—together, we can make a difference.

Imagine education as the number one choice of our young people in school. A return to excellence! Sports brings temporary excitement, so does popular music and entertainment; however, education has the power to change the socioeconomic atmosphere of the planet and will resonate most profoundly so for a lifetime. An educated society elevates cultural interests and stokes the fire of progress as man’s imagination unveils a new frontier. Being labeled the fastest man alive in the 100-meter dash is a thing of beauty to witness; however, the invention of the light bulb, radio, and the computer affects the world, providing each citizen of the world the opportunity to take part.

Together we can find a cure—together, we can make a difference.

Today’s student, tomorrow belongs to you. Embrace the journey, take pictures of you and your classmate, make attendance a badge of honor, respect your teachers, for who knows, you could be the one that discovers a cure for a disease or a new technology that benefits humanity.

I believe this is you. Welcome to Immanuel House Institute of Higher Learning.
